Banco Agrario anuncia medidas de alívio para produtores atingidos pela emergência climática

O Banco Agrario habilitou um processo de reprogramação de dívidas para produtores agrícolas em 158 municípios afetados pela emergência climática sob o Decreto 175 de 2026.

O anúncio foi feito pelo presidente do banco, Hernando Chica Zuccardi. O programa visa apoiar os titulares de empréstimos de desenvolvimento agrícola concedidos antes de 11 de fevereiro deste ano em departamentos incluindo Córdoba, Sucre, La Guajira, Chocó, Bolívar, Cesar, Magdalena e Antioquia.

O processo inclui duas opções: refinanciamento com períodos de carência e alívio direto da dívida. O governo nacional cobrirá até 95 por cento das obrigações sob o decreto emitido pelo Ministério da Agricultura e Desenvolvimento Rural.

Os candidatos devem apresentar um certificado de afetação emitido pelas autoridades locais. O prazo para isso é 15 de maio. Chica Zuccardi disse que o banco analisará como aliviar as obrigações para que os produtores possam recuperar sua capacidade produtiva.
