A deputada federal Adriana Ventura (Novo-SP) protocolou requerimento de informação ao ministro Dario Durigan. Ela solicita dados sobre o número de beneficiários, o volume de dívidas renegociadas e o impacto do programa na inadimplência.

A primeira edição do Desenrola, de 2023, renegociou R$ 53,2 bilhões, segundo o requerimento. No entanto, o estoque de inadimplência voltou a crescer após o encerramento, com dados do Banco Central indicando R$ 1,15 em nova inadimplência para cada real renegociado.

A nova versão utiliza até R$ 23,2 bilhões de fundos como o FGTS e o FGO. O programa foi lançado diante de altos índices de endividamento familiar no país.

Ventura classificou a medida como populista e questionou o uso de recursos dos trabalhadores para atender inadimplentes.
