Celonis et Sennder n'ont pas publié de bilans depuis 2019

Deux startups allemandes valorisées à plusieurs milliards, Celonis et Sennder, gardent leurs données financières secrètes depuis 2019. L'Office fédéral de la justice a infligé des amendes totalisant 187 500 euros à Celonis. Cette dernière justifie ce manque de transparence par des préoccupations liées à sa compétitivité.

Berlin. L'éditeur de logiciels Celonis n'a pas publié de bilan annuel depuis 2019. Selon les recherches du Handelsblatt, Celonis et l'entreprise de logistique Sennder maintiennent le secret sur leurs chiffres plus longtemps que n'importe quelle autre startup allemande valorisée à plusieurs milliards.

L'Office fédéral de la justice a infligé à Celonis des amendes s'élevant à 187 500 euros pour non-respect des obligations de publicité légale. Celonis justifie cette confidentialité par des préoccupations relatives à sa compétitivité.

Celonis se classe comme la troisième startup allemande la plus valorisée, derrière la fintech Trade Republic et l'entreprise de défense spécialisée dans l'IA, Helsing. Valorisé à 13 milliards de dollars, le groupe compte parmi ses clients majeurs Deutsche Telekom, Mercedes-Benz et Uniper.
