Berlin. Softwarevirksomheden Celonis har ikke offentliggjort et årsregnskab siden 2019. Ifølge research fra Handelsblatt har Celonis og logistikfirmaet Sennder holdt deres tal hemmelige længere end nogen andre tyske startups, der er vurderet til milliarder.

Det tyske justitsministerium har idømt Celonis bøder på i alt 187.500 euro for overtrædelser af reglerne om offentliggørelse af regnskaber. Celonis retfærdiggør hemmeligholdelsen med bekymringer om virksomhedens konkurrenceevne.

Celonis rangerer som den tredjeværdifuldeste tyske startup efter fintech-virksomheden Trade Republic og AI-forsvarsvirksomheden Helsing. Med en værdi på 13 milliarder dollars betjener selskabet store kunder, herunder Deutsche Telekom, Mercedes-Benz og Uniper.
