Ecopetrol et l'USO parviennent à un accord sur la convention collective de travail

Ecopetrol et l'Unión Sindical Obrera ont signé un accord définitif concernant la nouvelle convention collective de travail après plus de 990 réunions.

L'accord inclut des améliorations des conditions de travail, des avantages en matière de santé et d'éducation, ainsi que le renforcement de la diversité, de l'équité et de l'inclusion. Il couvre également des plans d'investissement social selon des critères de raisonnabilité, d'austérité et d'efficacité.

L'entreprise publique a par ailleurs signé 66 accords définitifs avec d'autres organisations syndicales. Le nouveau pacte sera en vigueur pendant six ans à compter du 1er janvier 2026.

Dans les prochains jours, le texte sera déposé auprès du ministère du Travail afin d'entamer une campagne nationale de sensibilisation conjointe.
