Integrated Media Company prévoit de racheter Playstack, l'éditeur du célèbre titre indépendant Balatro, dans le cadre d'une transaction évaluée à environ 151 millions de dollars.

L'acquisition porte sur la vente de 84,5 % de Playstack par Trufin Holdings à VantageCo Limited, une filiale d'Integrated Media Company. La transaction, annoncée dans un avis le 21 mai, reste soumise à l'approbation des actionnaires et n'a pas encore été finalisée.
