L'album mêle jazz, big band et blues, et comprend son morceau original "That’s Why I Love My Baby", interprété avec le groupe The Gentlemen Callers. Il inclut également le duo "Today I Sing the Blues" avec Davell Crawford ainsi qu'une réinterprétation de "Evil Gal Blues" de Dinah Washington.
