Le conseil de prud’hommes de Limoges a confirmé le licenciement pour faute grave de Damien Tabard, chauffeur chez Europ Voyages.

Le conseil de prud’hommes de Limoges a confirmé, le 6 juin 2026, le licenciement prononcé en 2022 de Damien Tabard. Le chauffeur déposait des enfants devant chez eux aux Billanges malgré les consignes contraires de son employeur.

Tabard, employé depuis 17 ans, a défendu lors de l’audience de janvier 2025 une « lecture humaine des règles ». Il a indiqué que certains enfants devaient marcher plusieurs centaines de mètres dans le noir sur des routes sans marquage.

Europ Voyages a reproché à son employé son insubordination et des arrêts sauvages. Le responsable a déclaré que Tabard l’avait insulté lors d’un rappel à l’ordre. Le conseil a retenu ces faits et a confirmé le licenciement pour faute grave.

Tabard a annoncé qu’il ne ferait pas appel de la décision.
