Les enseignants valenciens maintiennent leur grève illimitée après une réunion sans accord salarial

Les syndicats d'enseignants ont décidé de poursuivre la grève illimitée des professeurs valenciens, jugeant insuffisante la proposition du Département de l'éducation lors de la réunion de jeudi. Les négociations reprendront lundi prochain, sans inclure pour l'instant d'augmentation salariale.

Les syndicats STEPV, CCOO PV, UGT-PV, CSIF et ANPE ont maintenu la grève illimitée entamée lundi dernier. Lors de la réunion de la commission sectorielle à Valence, les enseignants réunis ont réclamé la démission de la ministre régionale Carmen Ortí et ont scandé des slogans tels que « vergonya » (honte).

La proposition présentée par le Département inclut des réductions progressives des ratios, une simplification administrative et des plans de confort thermique, mais exclut tout rattrapage salarial. Ortí a expliqué que le travail se poursuivrait durant le week-end afin de présenter un document plus complet le lundi 18 mai.

Les syndicats ont exigé que la question salariale, visant à compenser la perte de 20 % du pouvoir d'achat, soit intégrée aux discussions. Ils ont prévenu que sans offre salariale, ils ne voient aucune nécessité à poursuivre les réunions.
