La Catalogne et les syndicats d'enseignants s'accordent sur une augmentation salariale de 600 euros

Le département de l'Éducation de Catalogne et la plupart des syndicats d'enseignants sont parvenus à un accord préliminaire vendredi, incluant des augmentations de salaire allant jusqu'à 600 euros par mois d'ici 2029.

L'accord, conclu après huit réunions et 16 jours de conflit, comprend un investissement supplémentaire de 726 millions d'euros. Il a été signé par l'Ustec, Professors de Secundària, CC.OO et l'UGT, tandis que la CGT l'a rejeté.

La porte-parole de l'Ustec, Iolanda Segura, a déclaré que l'accord préliminaire sera soumis au vote des enseignants à partir de demain. Les syndicats décideront ensuite s'ils maintiennent les grèves prévues pour la semaine prochaine.

Au-delà des salaires, le pacte prévoit plus de 6 300 nouveaux postes pour l'éducation inclusive et l'appel à 5 000 postes de titulaires dans le secondaire. Ignasi Giménez, du département de l'Éducation, a affirmé que les enseignants catalans seront les mieux rémunérés du pays.
