Catalunha e sindicatos de professores chegam a acordo sobre aumento salarial de 600 euros

O Departamento de Educação da Catalunha e a maioria dos sindicatos de professores chegaram a um acordo preliminar na sexta-feira que inclui aumentos salariais de até 600 euros por mês até 2029.

O acordo, alcançado após oito reuniões e 16 dias de conflito, inclui um investimento adicional de 726 milhões de euros. Foi assinado pela Ustec, Professors de Secundària, CC.OO e UGT, enquanto a CGT o rejeitou.

A porta-voz da Ustec, Iolanda Segura, disse que o acordo preliminar será submetido a votação pelos professores a partir de amanhã. Os sindicatos decidirão então se mantêm as greves planejadas para a próxima semana.

Além dos salários, o pacto prevê mais de 6.300 novos cargos para a educação inclusiva e a convocação de 5.000 cadeiras para o ensino secundário. Ignasi Giménez, do Departamento de Educação, afirmou que os professores catalães serão os mais bem pagos do país.
