Renault sela pré-acordo com sindicatos para produzir cinco novos modelos na Espanha

A administração da Renault Espanha e os sindicatos UGT e CCOO assinaram um pré-acordo coletivo para o período de 2026-2028, que viabiliza três veículos elétricos para Palência e dois híbridos para Valladolid.

O pré-acordo foi alcançado em 26 de maio após uma reunião no Ministério da Indústria, presidida pelo ministro Jordi Hereu. Ele evita greves planejadas e mantém a Espanha como uma base estratégica para a eletrificação do grupo.

O texto inclui pagamentos brutos únicos de 400 euros em 2026 e 2027, além de 200 euros em 2028, um aumento de 15% nas taxas de horas extras e 300 contratos permanentes. A empresa também investirá pelo menos 300.000 euros anualmente em melhorias nas fábricas.

Os sindicatos CSIF e CGT rejeitaram o acordo, classificando a recuperação salarial como insuficiente após os congelamentos de 2021-2022. A administração havia condicionado a alocação de novos modelos à aceitação deste quadro trabalhista.

O acordo coincide com a saída de Josep Maria Recasens da presidência da Renault Espanha para assumir como diretor executivo na Indra.
