Inditex fecha acordo de aumento salarial de 12,5 por cento até 2028 para funcionários de lojas na Espanha

A Inditex chegou a um acordo com os sindicatos CCOO e UGT para um aumento salarial de 12,5 por cento que abrange quase 30.000 funcionários de lojas na Espanha. O acordo inclui reajustes anuais de 4 por cento de 2026 a 2028 e entra em vigor retroativamente a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2026.

O acordo renova o compromisso de fevereiro de 2023 e abrange a equipe de lojas de marcas como Zara e Pull&Bear. Ele inclui taxas horárias mais altas para domingos e feriados, subindo de 10 para 11,25 euros aos domingos e de 12 para 13,5 euros em feriados até 2028.

Além do pagamento, o pacto melhora os auxílios-nascimento, auxílios para material escolar e creche, e adiciona uma compensação para trabalho remoto em grandes lojas. Um grupo de trabalho será estabelecido para padronizar regras sobre licenças, férias e afastamentos.

O acordo segue a recente assinatura do primeiro contrato coletivo nacional do setor têxtil entre a ARTE e os sindicatos, que reduz gradualmente a jornada anual de trabalho para 1.740 horas até 2028.
