Inditex acuerda una subida salarial del 12,5% hasta 2028 para sus empleados en España

Inditex ha pactado con los sindicatos CCOO y UGT un incremento salarial del 12,5% para cerca de 30.000 trabajadores de sus tiendas en España. El acuerdo contempla subidas anuales del 4% entre 2026 y 2028 y entra en vigor con efectos retroactivos desde el 1 de enero de 2026.

El pacto renueva el acuerdo firmado en febrero de 2023 y afecta a la plantilla de tiendas de marcas como Zara y Pull&Bear. Incluye un aumento del precio por hora en domingos y festivos, que pasará de 10 a 11,25 euros en domingos y de 12 a 13,5 euros en festivos para 2028.

Además de los salarios, el convenio mejora las ayudas al nacimiento, material escolar y guardería, y añade compensaciones por trabajo remoto en grandes tiendas. Se creará un grupo de trabajo para homogeneizar licencias, vacaciones y permisos.

El acuerdo coincide con la reciente firma del primer convenio colectivo estatal del comercio textil entre ARTE y los sindicatos, que reduce la jornada anual progresivamente hasta 1.740 horas en 2028.
