La Generalitat y sindicatos acuerdan subida salarial de 600 euros para docentes

El Departamento de Educación de la Generalitat y la mayoría de sindicatos docentes han alcanzado este viernes un preacuerdo que incluye un aumento retributivo de hasta 600 euros mensuales hasta 2029.

El pacto, alcanzado tras ocho reuniones y 16 días de conflicto, contempla una inversión adicional de 726 millones de euros. Ustec, Professors de Secundària, CC.OO y UGT lo firmaron, mientras que CGT lo rechazó.

La portavoz de Ustec, Iolanda Segura, explicó que el preacuerdo se someterá a consulta del colectivo a partir de mañana. Los sindicatos decidirán entonces si mantienen las huelgas previstas para la próxima semana.

Además de los salarios, el acuerdo prevé más de 6.300 nuevas dotaciones de personal para educación inclusiva y la convocatoria de 5.000 cátedras de secundaria. Ignasi Giménez, del Departamento de Educación, afirmó que los docentes catalanes serán los mejor retribuidos del Estado.
