El profesorado valenciano suspende la huelga indefinida pero rechaza la oferta de la Generalitat

Los docentes de la Comunidad Valenciana han votado suspender temporalmente la huelga indefinida que duraba un mes, aunque rechazan mayoritariamente la propuesta salarial y de condiciones de la Conselleria de Educación.

En una consulta telemática celebrada este miércoles con 30.238 respuestas, el 87% del profesorado rechazó el acuerdo global presentado por la Conselleria de Educación. La oferta incluía una subida salarial progresiva de hasta 200 euros mensuales hasta 2028, más revisiones por inflación, la contratación de 5.000 nuevos docentes y una inversión total de 3.338 millones de euros.

Sin embargo, el 67% optó por suspender o desconvocar la huelga. De ellos, el 71% prefirió una interrupción temporal que permita retomarla sin preaviso. Los sindicatos STEPV, CCOO y UGT, organizadores de la consulta junto a la Coordinadora d'Assemblees Docents, han confirmado que los paros finalizarán este viernes.

El rechazo fue especialmente alto en retribuciones (90%), uso del valenciano (84%) y plantillas (78%). Solo el bloque de simplificación burocrática obtuvo apoyo mayoritario, con un 82% de votos favorables. Los docentes volverán a sus puestos el viernes, aunque las movilizaciones continuarán.
