El profesorado valenciano mantiene la huelga indefinida tras reunión sin acuerdo salarial

Los sindicatos han decidido continuar la huelga indefinida del profesorado valenciano tras considerar insuficiente la propuesta de la Conselleria de Educación en la reunión de este jueves. La negociación se reanudará el próximo lunes sin incluir de momento una subida salarial.

Los sindicatos STEPV, CCOO PV, UGT-PV, CSIF y ANPE han mantenido la huelga indefinida iniciada el pasado lunes. Durante la reunión de la Mesa sectorial en Valencia, los docentes concentrados pidieron la dimisión de la consellera Carmen Ortí y gritaron consignas como “vergonya”.

La propuesta presentada por la Conselleria incluye reducción progresiva de ratios, simplificación administrativa y planes de confort térmico, pero excluye la recuperación salarial. Ortí ha explicado que se trabajará este fin de semana para llevar un documento más completo el lunes 18 de mayo.

Los sindicatos han exigido que la cuestión retributiva, que busca recuperar el 20 % de poder adquisitivo perdido, se incluya en las negociaciones. Han advertido que si no hay oferta salarial no ven necesario convocar más reuniones.
