Professores valencianos rejeitam proposta e mantêm greve por tempo indeterminado

A Secretaria de Educação encerrou a reunião da mesa de negociações após os sindicatos rejeitarem sua oferta. Os professores dão continuidade à greve por tempo indeterminado, que hoje completa oito dias.

A conselheira de Educação, Carmen Ortí, afirmou que o governo valenciano fez a sua parte ao apresentar a proposta salarial para professores mais ambiciosa da Espanha. Ela inclui um aumento bruto progressivo mensal de 200 euros até 2028, juntamente com 60 medidas específicas que contam com cronogramas e mecanismos de participação sindical.

Os sindicatos STEPV, UGT, CCOO, CSIF e ANPE divulgaram resultados de uma pesquisa com 53% de participação. 78% dos professores votaram contra a proposta, 16% disseram sim, mas com a condição de uma cláusula de revisão salarial, e apenas 6% aceitaram o acordo.

Ortí ressaltou que a porta permanece aberta para negociações sem imposições e pediu um gesto por parte dos sindicatos para suspender a greve. Os representantes sindicais entregaram relatórios sobre as condições das escolas e mantiveram suas demandas sobre o tamanho das turmas, a contratação de pessoal e o poder de compra.
