Mais de 30 mil marcham em Valência por educação pública

Uma maré verde de professores, famílias e estudantes marchou pelo centro de Valência no sábado, durante o décimo primeiro dia de greve por tempo indeterminado no ensino público não universitário na Comunidade Valenciana.

A manifestação, convocada por STEPV, UGT PV, CSIF, CCOO PV e ANPE, começou na Plaza de San Agustín e terminou na Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Segundo a Delegação do Governo, mais de 30 mil pessoas participaram da marcha, que ocorreu em um clima festivo com gritos como "consellera, dimisión" dirigidos a Carmen Ortí.

Os sindicatos anunciaram que entregarão uma contraproposta mais detalhada à Conselleria de Educación na segunda-feira, incluindo melhorias nas proporções, infraestrutura e promoção do valenciano. Marc Candela, coordenador de ação sindical do STEPV, disse que as demandas buscam "melhorar o atendimento das nossas crianças".

A Conselleria informou que retomará as conversas assim que receber o documento. Representantes da UGT PV e da CCOO PV destacaram o apoio das famílias, observando que 80 ou 90 por cento das demandas dizem respeito ao bem-estar dos alunos.
