Reformation, merek pakaian yang berbasis di Los Angeles, mengajukan penawaran umum perdana pada hari Kamis. Perusahaan berencana untuk mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek New York dengan simbol ticker REF.

Reformation didirikan pada tahun 2009 dan mayoritas sahamnya dimiliki oleh perusahaan ekuitas swasta Permira sejak tahun 2019. Dokumen pengajuan tersebut mendeskripsikan perusahaan sebagai perusahaan berkembang (emerging growth company) di bawah undang-undang sekuritas AS.

Pada tahun 2025, merek tersebut melaporkan pendapatan bersih sebesar $507,1 juta, yang mencerminkan tingkat pertumbuhan tahunan gabungan sebesar 19 persen dari tahun 2023. Pendapatan kuartal pertama tahun ini mencapai $112,3 juta, naik 30,4 persen dari periode yang sama pada tahun 2025.

Prospektus tersebut menguraikan rencana untuk memperluas distribusi, meningkatkan akun grosir, dan berekspansi secara internasional sambil mempertahankan model perdagangan responsif yang mengandalkan produksi skala kecil dan pengujian berbasis data. Dokumen itu juga mencatat fokus berkelanjutan pada target keberlanjutan, termasuk tujuan untuk mencapai sirkularitas penuh pada tahun 2030.

Permira diperkirakan akan tetap menjadi pemegang saham pengendali setelah penawaran tersebut.
