SP Group ajukan perpanjangan jatuh tempo pembayaran obligasi

Shapoorji Pallonji Group meminta perpanjangan waktu selama dua bulan untuk obligasi senilai ₹14.300 crore seiring dengan penyesuaian rencana pembiayaan kembali mereka.

Konglomerat tersebut telah menurunkan target pembiayaan kembali secara keseluruhan dari ₹28.500 crore menjadi ₹25.000 crore. Kini mereka tengah meminta waktu tambahan dari para kreditur untuk menangani utang yang jatuh tempo.

Keterlambatan dalam penggalangan dana baru dikaitkan dengan biaya lindung nilai yang lebih tinggi. Grup tersebut sedang dalam pembicaraan dengan pihak pemberi pinjaman untuk mengamankan periode tambahan ini.

Deutsche Bank mengatur paket pembiayaan kembali tersebut. Proses ini diperkirakan akan selesai pada akhir musim panas ini.
