PT PLN (Persero) menyelesaikan pemulihan sistem kelistrikan di Sumatera setelah gangguan luas pada Jumat 22 Mei 2026.

Hingga Minggu 24 Mei 2026 pukul 06.00 WIB, PLN telah menormalkan 176 gardu induk yang terdampak.

Pasokan listrik kepada pelanggan kembali pulih secara bertahap. Direktur Utama PLN Darmawan Prasodjo mengatakan seluruh proses pemulihan dilakukan intensif sejak gangguan terjadi.

"Berkat kerja keras tanpa henti seluruh personel di lapangan serta dukungan dari Kementerian ESDM dan berbagai pihak di Daerah, sistem kelistrikan Sumatera kini telah kembali normal," ujar Darmawan.

PLN bekerja sama dengan pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan daerah untuk menormalkan sistem pembangkit, transmisi, gardu induk, dan distribusi. Darmawan menyampaikan terima kasih kepada masyarakat atas kesabaran selama proses pemulihan.
