Durante la seconda giornata di deposizioni nel processo orale sulla scomparsa di Loan Danilo Peña, i genitori hanno testimoniato davanti al tribunale federale di Corrientes. José Peña ha ripercorso gli eventi del 13 giugno 2024, evidenziando il comportamento nervoso di sua sorella Laudelina Peña e di Antonio Bernardino Benítez.
