Il giudice Peinado convoca Begoña Gómez il 9 giugno per decidere sulle misure cautelari

Il magistrato Juan Carlos Peinado ha convocato personalmente Begoña Gómez, Cristina Álvarez e Juan Carlos Barrabés nel suo tribunale per il 9 giugno alle ore 11:00 per un'udienza preliminare.

L'udienza deciderà in merito all'apertura di un dibattimento davanti a una giuria e valuterà eventuali misure cautelari. Il giudice avverte che gli imputati devono comparire di persona e che, in caso di mancata presentazione, saranno inviate le forze dell'ordine.

Peinado fonda la convocazione sui quattro capi d'imputazione: traffico di influenze, corruzione nel settore privato, appropriazione indebita e malversazione. Tali reati comportano pene detentive severe e, secondo l'ordinanza, potrebbero spingere a tentativi di sottrarsi alla giustizia.

L'accusa popolare unificata richiede 24 anni di carcere per Begoña Gómez. Sono stati inoltre convocati la Procura, le accuse popolari e l'Università Complutense di Madrid in qualità di parte civile.

L'udienza fa seguito a un rapporto dell'UCO aggiunto al fascicolo del caso. Il dibattimento resta in attesa degli appelli presentati al Tribunale Provinciale di Madrid.
