Le juge Peinado convoque Begoña Gómez le 9 juin pour statuer sur des mesures conservatoires

Le magistrat Juan Carlos Peinado a convoqué personnellement Begoña Gómez, Cristina Álvarez et Juan Carlos Barrabés à comparaître devant son tribunal le 9 juin à 11 heures pour une audience préliminaire.

L'audience servira à décider de l'ouverture d'un procès oral devant un jury et à évaluer d'éventuelles mesures conservatoires. Le juge avertit que les accusés doivent se présenter en personne et que les forces de sécurité seront déployées en cas de non-comparution.

Peinado fonde sa convocation sur les quatre chefs d'accusation : trafic d'influence, corruption dans le secteur privé, détournement de fonds et malversation. Ces délits sont passibles de lourdes peines de prison et, selon l'ordonnance, pourraient inciter à tenter d'échapper à la justice.

L'accusation populaire unifiée réclame 24 ans de prison pour Begoña Gómez. Le ministère public, les accusations populaires et l'université Complutense de Madrid, en tant qu'accusation privée, sont également convoqués.

L'audience fait suite à un rapport de l'UCO ajouté au dossier. Le procès oral reste en attente des recours déposés devant le tribunal provincial de Madrid.
