Eltern von Loan Peña sagen vor Gericht aus und beschuldigen Verwandte

Am zweiten Tag der Zeugenaussagen im mündlichen Verfahren zum Verschwinden von Loan Danilo Peña sagten seine Eltern vor dem Bundesgericht in Corrientes aus. José Peña schilderte die Ereignisse vom 13. Juni 2024 und wies auf das nervöse Verhalten seiner Schwester Laudelina Peña und von Antonio Bernardino Benítez hin.

María Noguera brach emotional zusammen, während sie sich an die letzten Worte erinnerte, die sie zu ihrem Sohn sagte, und forderte direkte Antworten. Sie sagte zu Laudelina: „Que nos diga dónde está Loan y de dónde sacó el botín“ (Sie soll uns sagen, wo Loan ist und woher sie den Schuh hat). Sie erklärte zudem, dass Laudelina und Carlos Pérez wüssten, bei wem sich das Kind befinde.

Die Angeklagten im Hauptverfahren sind Laudelina Peña, Antonio Bernardino Benítez, Walter Maciel, María Victoria Caillava, Carlos Pérez, Mónica del Carmen Millapi und Daniel Ramírez. Die Anhörung wurde auf Mittwoch vertagt.
