Il Mpf apre un'indagine sulle omissioni climatiche del governo Lula

Il Ministero pubblico federale del Brasile ha aperto un'inchiesta sulle omissioni del governo Lula riguardo all'emergenza climatica e su presunte irregolarità nei fondi destinati ai preparativi per la COP 30.

Il procedimento esamina gli impatti dell'inazione federale sui diritti fondamentali dei gruppi vulnerabili, inclusi salute, alloggi e istruzione. Il MPF sta inoltre indagando su presunte irregolarità nell'impiego di risorse federali per i lavori legati alla conferenza delle Nazioni Unite, eseguiti dal governo dello stato del Pará.
