Le Mpf ouvre une enquête sur l'inaction climatique du gouvernement Lula

Le ministère public fédéral du Brésil a ouvert une enquête sur les lacunes du gouvernement Lula face à l'urgence climatique et sur des irrégularités présumées dans le financement des préparatifs de la COP 30.

La procédure examine les impacts de l'inaction fédérale sur les droits fondamentaux des groupes vulnérables, notamment en matière de santé, de logement et d'éducation. Le MPF enquête également sur des irrégularités supposées dans l'utilisation des ressources fédérales destinées aux travaux de la conférence de l'ONU, menés par le gouvernement de l'État du Pará. L'enquête combine l'examen de détournements de fonds et celui des défaillances de la politique climatique.
