The couple stays at the Hôtel Royal. Lula attends sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday. He is expected to speak on aid to developing countries and global governance reform.
Protests in Geneva on Sunday included a Tesla car set on fire. Police used rubber bullets and water cannons. The summit begins Monday with leaders including Trump and Macron.
