Sivilombudet har slått fast at barnehager og skolefritidsordninger maksimalt kan holde stengt for planlegging eller kurs fire ganger i året.

Avgjørelsen kommer etter en klage mot Kungsör kommune. Kommunen hadde planlagt å stenge virksomheten i seks dager i løpet av skoleåret 2025/2026.
