The Constitutional Court will hold a hearing to announce its decision on the lawsuit against the Free Nutritious Meal program on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 13:30 WIB.
The hearing covers case number 55/PUU-XXIV/2026 filed by Reza Sudrajat regarding the placement of the Free Nutritious Meal program in the education budget under Law Number 17 of 2025 on the State Budget for Fiscal Year 2026.
The schedule is listed in the Constitutional Court’s trial agenda and was confirmed by court spokesperson and constitutional justice Enny Nurbaningsih. She stated that the schedule matches what is accessible on the court’s official website.
On the same day the court will also decide two other judicial review cases numbered 52/PUU-XXIV/2026 and 40/PUU-XXIV/2026. The lawsuit has gone through several hearing stages since February 2026.
