Mahkamah konstitusi jadwalkan putusan gugatan program mbg besok

Mahkamah Konstitusi akan menggelar sidang pengucapan putusan gugatan program Makan Bergizi Gratis pada Kamis, 30 Juli 2026, pukul 13.30 WIB.

Sidang tersebut mencakup perkara nomor 55/PUU-XXIV/2026 yang diajukan Reza Sudrajat terkait penempatan program Makan Bergizi Gratis dalam anggaran pendidikan sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2025 tentang APBN Tahun Anggaran 2026.

Jadwal ini tercantum dalam agenda persidangan MK dan dikonfirmasi oleh juru bicara MK sekaligus hakim konstitusi Enny Nurbaningsih. Ia menyatakan jadwal tersebut sesuai dengan yang dapat diakses di laman resmi MK.

Pada hari yang sama MK juga akan memutus dua perkara uji materiil lainnya yaitu nomor 52/PUU-XXIV/2026 dan nomor 40/PUU-XXIV/2026. Gugatan ini telah melalui beberapa tahap sidang sejak Februari 2026.
