Jeannette Jara inicia agenda com líderes de esquerda no Brasil

A candidata à presidência do Chile, Jeannette Jara, participou nesta quinta-feira de um fórum internacional em São Paulo, organizado pela Fundação Rosa Luxemburgo.

Jara, que chegou ao Brasil na quarta-feira, falou no evento “A saída é pela esquerda”, que reúne representantes de 26 países para discutir estratégias contra o avanço da extrema direita.

Entre os participantes estão Catarina Martins, de Portugal, Verónika Mendoza, do Peru, e Clara Bünger, da Alemanha, além do prefeito da Recoleta, Fares Jadue.

A ex-ministra também participou virtualmente da apresentação do livro “La derecha vasalla” em Buenos Aires, onde criticou uma declaração do presidente José Antonio Kast sobre pesquisa acadêmica.

Jara viajará posteriormente para a Colômbia a convite do partido Pacto Histórico, antes das eleições presidenciais de 31 de maio.
