Jessie Reyez surprise releases EP $till Paid

Canadian-Colombian singer Jessie Reyez has surprise-dropped a new five-track EP titled $till Paid. The project marks the one-year anniversary of her album Paid in Memories and arrived on streaming services at midnight on March 27. Reyez shared the cover art on Instagram and TikTok shortly after.

Jessie Reyez, the Canadian-Colombian singer-songwriter, released her new EP $till Paid at midnight on Friday, March 27, catching fans off guard. The EP celebrates the one-year anniversary of her third studio album, Paid in Memories, which came out in 2025. Just hours after the drop, Reyez posted the cover art to her Instagram and TikTok stories. The artwork continues the black-and-yellow color scheme from Paid in Memories and maintains a nostalgic vibe, this time featuring a childhood photo of the artist instead of her high school portrait from the original album cover. Paid in Memories had used the high school image for its retro theme, and this EP builds on that aesthetic by going even further back in time. The five-track project includes a remix of “Palo $anto,” originally from Reyez’s 2025 LP, now featuring U.K. rapper Stormzy. On the title track “$till Paid,” Reyez delivers a freestyle rap verse showcasing her skills. She raps, “They come around beggin for a lil bit / I pay no mind / I got no time / I got goals bae / I’m a goldmine,” before closing with her signature throaty trill. The full tracklist is: 1. “$till Paid” (Freestyle), 2. “$tay Moody,” 3. “Hot N $weet,” 4. “$ofa,” and 5. “Palo $anto” feat. Stormzy. This release follows Reyez’s extensive 54-date world tour, which concluded in her hometown of Toronto in December 2025.
