Man charged with murdering estranged partner and her young son in Minnesota

Spent bullets and an unspent round were found near the bodies, along with a 9 mm handgun later recovered across the street from the residence. A 9 mm handgun was found several hours later across the street behind the residence. While in custody, Marsaw made statements insinuating the act was committed 'in the heat of passion.'
