Sony announced that PlayStation Plus subscription prices will increase for new customers in select regions starting May 20. The move comes due to ongoing market conditions and follows recent PS5 console price hikes.

Sony made the announcement on X, stating that one-month subscriptions will rise to $10.99 USD, €9.99 EUR, or £7.99 GBP. Three-month subscriptions will increase to $27.99 USD, €27.99 EUR, or £21.99 GBP. The company noted that the change does not apply to current subscribers unless their subscription changes or lapses, except in Turkey and India.
