Sony höjer priserna på PlayStation Plus för nya prenumeranter

Sony har meddelat att priserna för PlayStation Plus-prenumerationer kommer att höjas för nya kunder i utvalda regioner från och med den 20 maj. Beslutet beror på rådande marknadsförhållanden och följer på den senaste tidens prishöjningar för PS5-konsolen.

Sony tillkännagav nyheten på X och uppgav att priset för en månads prenumeration kommer att stiga till 10,99 USD, 9,99 EUR eller 7,99 GBP. Tremånadersprenumerationer ökar till 27,99 USD, 27,99 EUR eller 21,99 GBP. Företaget påpekar att ändringen inte påverkar nuvarande prenumeranter så länge deras prenumeration inte ändras eller löper ut, med undantag för Turkiet och Indien.
