Barbara Åberg recently served on Skurup's municipal council and as a substitute on the municipal board. Following Expo's investigation published on Friday, which exposed her social media activity, Sweden Democrats group leader Lars Nyström announced that she is resigning from all her roles.
Åberg was active in the Facebook group 'Ryssland är våra vänner' and posted, among other things: 'Sjukt trött på Ukrainas proxykrig och Europas krigshets mot Ryssland.
