Villarruel comparece a audiência em Comodoro Py sobre queixa contra Negre

A vice-presidente Victoria Villarruel compareceu na quarta-feira aos tribunais de Comodoro Py para uma audiência de conciliação em um processo por difamação contra o jornalista Javier Negre.

A vice-presidente chegou por volta das 11h ao quarto andar do tribunal federal liderado por Sebastián Casanello. Ela move a queixa contra Negre, proprietário do La Derecha Diario, devido a publicações no X feitas no ano passado, nas quais ela o acusou de chamá-la de "traidora y golpista".

Negre não compareceu à audiência, portanto a reunião foi suspensa sem avanços. O juiz deve agora decidir se agendará uma nova instância ou se dará prosseguimento ao caso.

Villarruel abriu queixas semelhantes contra outros jornalistas e figuras políticas por expressões comparáveis, embora várias das ações tenham sido indeferidas pelos tribunais.
