Färre invånare i Dalarna under första kvartalet

Befolkningen i Dalarnas län minskade under årets första kvartal. Den 31 mars 2026 bodde 285 955 personer i länet enligt SCB.

Antalet invånare var 88 färre än vid årsskiftet. Minskningen beror på att fler personer avled än som föddes under perioden.

Samtidigt flyttade fler till länet än som flyttade härifrån. Detta följer ett mönster som setts under flera år.
