Metas Threads når 500 miljoner månatliga aktiva användare

Meta meddelade på tisdagen att Threads har nått 500 miljoner månatliga aktiva användare. Plattformen introducerade även nya community-utökningar och ett anpassningsverktyg kallat Your Algo.

Meta lanserade Threads under 2023. Appen nådde den nya användarmilstolpen knappt tre år senare, vilket visar på en ihållande tillväxt snarare än en avmattning efter lanseringen.

Företaget rullade ut utökade Community-funktioner för att uppmuntra till ämnesspecifika interaktioner. De introducerade även Your Algo, som låter användare ge direkt feedback på rekommenderat innehåll i sina flöden.

Your Algo finns för närvarande tillgängligt i USA, Storbritannien, Kanada, Australien och Nya Zeeland. Uppdateringarna speglar Metas skifte mot att förbättra kvarhållning och användarengagemang på plattformen.
