Regissören Michael Bay samarbetar med Universal Pictures på en ny film om två amerikanska piloter som räddades ur Iran under Operation Epic Fury. Projektet baseras på en kommande bok av Mitchell Zuckoff.

Michael Bay arbetar tillsammans med författaren Scott Gardenhour och producenten Erwin Stoff på filmen. Båda har tidigare samarbetat med Bay på det militära dramat 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi från 2016. Gardenhour skriver manus baserat på Zuckoffs bok, vilken HarperCollins planerar att publicera 2027. Bay och Stoff kommer att producera projektet.
