Several officials have denied involvement in the alleged corruption case of the Free Nutritious Meals Program at the National Nutrition Agency after their names circulated on social media.
Lawyer for former BGN Deputy Head Sony Sonjaya, Elza Syarief, stated that the names mentioned by her client remain listed in the examination report and are confidential. She said the information could not yet be made public as the investigation is still in its early stages. KPK Vice Chair Fitroh Rohcahyanto denied personally knowing Sony Sonjaya and affirmed he was not involved in the case. KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo also noted that the foundation linked to Fitroh was established before the MBG program and that he received no material benefits from it. Purwakarta District Attorney Apsari Dewi denied her name being listed in the viral roster and confirmed she owns no kitchen or has any affiliation with MBG providers. Meanwhile, Hanura Party through Akhmad Muqowam called allegations of a party foundation managing MBG kitchens a hoax.
