Servering i Borlänge stängdes tillfälligt efter fynd av musspillning

En servering i Borlänge tvingades stänga omedelbart i slutet av förra veckan på grund av musspillning som upptäcktes vid en inspektion.

Borlänge kommuns miljöenhet beslutade om den omedelbara stängningen efter att ha hittat omfattande spår av möss. Spillningen låg bakom kylar, på hyllor och i skåp där köksutrustning förvarades.

Miljöinspektören Michael Johansson bekräftade att många personer kom till platsen för att hjälpa till med städningen. Redan efter två till tre timmar gav enheten klartecken för att serveringen skulle kunna öppna igen.

Inspektionen genomfördes i slutet av förra veckan enligt kommunens beslut.
