Ringhals 4 på halvfart påverkar elpriset

En turbin på reaktor 4 vid Ringhals kärnkraftverk har tagits ur bruk sedan lördag kväll. Reaktorn producerar nu med halv kapacitet, uppger Vattenfall.

Produktionsavbrottet beräknas pågå in i början av nästa vecka. Orsaken är ett läckage av vatten i en generator.

Redan nu är hälften av Sveriges kärnkraftsreaktorer stängda för underhåll. Ringhals 3 har varit avställd sedan början av maj.

Patrik Södersten, elprisexpert på Fortum, säger att avbrottet håller elpriserna uppe i södra Sverige. Där förväntas priset nå 74 öre i morgon jämfört med 19 öre i dag.
