Ringhals 4 opera a media capacidad y afecta a los precios de la electricidad

Una turbina del reactor 4 de la central nuclear de Ringhals ha quedado fuera de servicio desde el sábado por la noche. Según Vattenfall, el reactor está operando actualmente a la mitad de su capacidad.

Se espera que la interrupción de la producción se prolongue hasta principios de la próxima semana. La causa es una fuga de agua en uno de los generadores.

Patrik Södersten, experto en precios de electricidad en Fortum, señala que la avería mantiene elevados los precios de la luz en el sur de Suecia. Allí, se espera que el precio alcance los 74 öre mañana, en comparación con los 19 öre de hoy.
