Studenter vid RISD presenterar eklektiska kollektioner för hösten 2026

Rhode Island School of Design har avtäckt sina ready-to-wear-kollektioner för hösten 2026 från tolv avgångsstudenter. Designen betonade personliga teman genom innovativ användning av vardagliga och funna material.

Gwen Van Den Eijnde, chef för kläddesign vid RISD, beskrev studenternas arbete som eklektiskt och förenat genom ett fokus på hantverk och manuella processer. Flera kollektioner berörde teman som identitet, historia och motstånd, däribland verk av Azaria Van Der Stok-Smallwood och Paige Sias som inkluderade ostronskal, vass, sockerpåsar och rester av bröllopsklänningar.
