Högsta domstolen nekar Apples överklagande i Epic-målet

USA:s högsta domstol har vägrat att pröva Apples överklagande i den långdragna rättstvisten mot Epic Games. Beslutet innebär att en lägre domstols utslag står fast, vilket fastställer att Apple brutit mot ett föreläggande genom att begränsa betalningsalternativ från tredje part på iOS-enheter.

Domare Elena Kagan avslog överklagandet den 6 maj, vilket innebär att ärendet återgår till Northern California District Court.
