Uber överväger högre bud på Delivery Hero

Det amerikanska företaget Uber planerar enligt uppgift att höja sitt bud på det Berlinbaserade matleveransföretaget Delivery Hero. Styrelsen diskuterade en höjning i lördags.

En stor aktieägare i Delivery Hero hade tidigare nobbat ett bud på 38 euro per aktie. Det värderade företaget till över 11,5 miljarder euro.

Delivery Hero bekräftade i lördags att de mottagit ett första bud från Uber på 33 euro per aktie. Detta innebar en rabatt på cirka 1,7 procent jämfört med fredagens stängningskurs.

Uber ökade sin andel i Delivery Hero till omkring 19,5 procent förra veckan och blev därmed största aktieägare. Innehavet är värt cirka 1,7 miljarder euro. Delivery Heros vd Niklas Östberg meddelade nyligen sin avgång.
