Uber erwägt höheres Angebot für Delivery Hero

Der US-Konzern Uber plant offenbar eine Aufstockung seines Übernahmeangebots für den Berliner Essenslieferanten Delivery Hero. Der Verwaltungsrat beriet am Samstag über eine Erhöhung.

Ein Großaktionär von Delivery Hero hatte zuvor ein Angebot von 38 Euro je Aktie abgelehnt. Dieses bewertete das Unternehmen mit mehr als 11,5 Milliarden Euro.

Delivery Hero bestätigte am Samstag den Eingang eines ersten Angebots von Uber zu 33 Euro je Aktie. Dies entsprach einem Abschlag von rund 1,7 Prozent gegenüber dem Freitagskurs.

Uber hatte seinen Anteil an Delivery Hero in der vergangenen Woche auf etwa 19,5 Prozent erhöht und ist damit größter Aktionär. Das Paket ist rund 1,7 Milliarden Euro wert. Delivery-Hero-Chef Niklas Östberg hatte kürzlich seinen Rücktritt angekündigt.
